Parking Enforcement Specialist I
Job Description – This is not a security position, we enforce the rules and regulations for parking within the Condominium and Homeowners Associations contracted with us.
Responsibilities:
- Write vehicular violation citations
- Special event parking management
- Know routes and property locations
- Take pictures of every violation or issue while on patrol
- Upload pictures at end of shift from smart phone to a virtual drive
- Ability to retain the rules and regulations of each property
- Taking excellent care of company property and reputation
Requirements:
- Clean driving record – company vehicle provided
- Excellent verbal skills and penmanship
- Familiar with Broward and Palm Beach County streets
- Current Florida drivers license
- Technology skills necessary – smart phone, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets
- Must pass background check
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to acclimate quickly to surroundings
- Ability to work independently
- High school degree
